Refund policy
Workshop Products
The cancellation of a booked workshop is possible under the following conditions:
One-day and two-day workshops:
- Up to 14 days before the course starts: full refund minus a €20 processing fee.
- 13 to 7 days before the course starts: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the course starts: no refund possible. You may transfer your spot to another person.
Special and intensive courses of 3 days or more:
- Up to 21 days before the course starts: full refund minus a €20 processing fee.
- 20 to 10 days before the course starts: 50% refund.
- Less than 10 days before the course starts: no refund possible. You may transfer your spot to another person.
No refund will be issued for unexcused no-shows.
Kö Keramik reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops or individual sessions for important reasons. In this case, you will receive a refund of your participation fee, or we will arrange a new date together.

Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this period, provided it is in unused, original condition and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for any loss or damage to returned items during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
Please note that personalized or custom-made items are excluded from returns unless they are defective.
