Try the Wheel (Two Days)

In this two-days course, we will introduce you to working on the potter's wheel. 

Day 1: You will gain your first experience and learn how to centre clay and turn small shapes such as bowls or cylinders. 

Day  2: After the pieces have been left to dry for a day, you come back to the studio and trim each piece to its final shape. This means, for example, trimming a foot into the floor and smoothing the surfaces. 

After your ceramics have been dried, we will fire and glaze them with a glaze of your choice. You can pick up your finished pieces from us after approx. 4 weeks. Alternatively, we can also dispatch it for an extra charge (10 euros).

Note:
*Everything you create is food-safe and can therefore be used for tableware.
*It is best to wear clothes and shoes that can get dirty.
